can you make gingerbread cookies without cloves and molasses?

Uh,you can BUT it won’t taste as good,trust me! I would stick with an old tried and true recipe for gingerbread cookies if it were me and this is my honest opinion,sorry!

No, I don’t think so, since they are the main flavorings of gingerbread – besides the ginger.
Why would you want to cook without them? Gingerbread is so yummy!

You can make a spice cookie, but it’s not gingerbread without the molasses and clove.
